Cadillac Fairview - Holiday Campaign

As a preferred content partner of the leading commercial real estate brand in the country, we were excited to work with their team on the challenge of bringing the holidays to their national mall shoppers during two years of COVID and restricted property access.

Our goal was to create still, video, and virtual assets that set a new standard for holiday promotions and told a compelling story about safety, community, and coming together while shooting it in a fresh way that broke through.

With these critical objectives, we created a digital campaign with clear messaging to consumers about property access, and safety protocols implemented over the holidays through a campaign of social creative that entertained while it informed.

Pushing further, we offered national shoppers and their families the opportunity to visit Santa virtually, through social media broadcasts of storytime with Santa himself, live from the North Pole. All production elements were built including set design, casting, script, book publisher rights clearances, and Livestream services broadcasting multiple storytime events in both official languages on Facebook leading up to December 25. We even created live one-on-one virtual visits with Santa securing tens of thousands of virtual video calls with children and families across the country who otherwise would have missed the chance to visit Santa due to COVID restrictions.
